Terms for using APP Tester

1. About APP Tester

APP Tester is a Srithongkwao product designed to support structured Android application testing workflows, including realtime tester presence, matching and the exchange of testing links.

2. Acceptance of these terms

By using APP Tester, you agree to these Terms of Use and any product-specific instructions presented as part of the service. If you do not agree, you should not use the service.

3. Testing participation

APP Tester helps participants connect for application testing. Each participant remains responsible for following the requirements of the application store, testing program and platform involved.

APP Tester does not guarantee that participation through the service will satisfy every requirement of a third-party testing program.

4. Testing links

Only submit application or testing links that you are authorized to share and that are relevant to the testing workflow.

You are responsible for the accuracy and appropriateness of links you submit through APP Tester.

5. Appropriate use

• Do not submit malicious, deceptive or unauthorized links.
• Do not impersonate another person or application developer.
• Do not attempt to manipulate or disrupt tester matching.
• Do not interfere with the service or other participants.
• Do not use APP Tester for unlawful activity.
• Do not attempt to bypass security or abuse-prevention controls.

6. Realtime presence and matching

Online, waiting and matching states may change automatically as participants connect, disconnect or move through the testing workflow.

A match does not create an employment, partnership, agency or other legal relationship between participants or with Srithongkwao.

7. Google and third-party platforms

APP Tester is an independent Srithongkwao product. It is not an official Google product and does not imply sponsorship, certification or endorsement by Google.

Google Play and other third-party platforms operate under their own rules, terms and policies. Users remain responsible for complying with those requirements.

8. Service availability

Srithongkwao may maintain, update, modify or temporarily suspend APP Tester when reasonably necessary for technical, security, operational or legal reasons.

Continuous, uninterrupted or error-free availability is not guaranteed.

9. Privacy

Information handling for APP Tester is described in its product-specific Privacy Policy.

10. User responsibility

Users are responsible for reviewing testing links before opening or using them and for deciding whether to install or test an application.

Users should use appropriate device and account security practices when participating in application testing.

11. Disclaimer

APP Tester is provided as a tool to facilitate testing workflows. Srithongkwao does not guarantee the quality, safety, functionality, approval or continued availability of applications submitted by participants.
